One of the most important things in life is to feel

One of the most important things in life is to feel. To feel the magic and beauty of life, but as importantly, and perhaps even more important is to feel the pain and suffering that is caused by our minds. Only when we feel it we can transmute it into love. This will set us on our journey towards freedom.

Often we want to know the reason behind our suffering, the story behind it. We need to know if it’s ours, somebody else’s, our ancestors.. just so our mind can project it or either get lost in the details of the story. We are all the same thing and it’s us that feel it and experience it at this moment and carry all the potential and responsibility to change it.

We are dealing with conditioning and trauma that keep our minds occupied to protect and validate ourselves. It’s our responsibility to become aware that we are not our mind and have the opportunity to step out of the control it has over us and start reprogramming ourselves into a version that is more aligned with our highest potential.

Our mind is very persistent and will find all the evidence it needs to confirm that what we believe is the truth. We need to develop the discipline in our daily lives to be able to take ourselves out of a triggered state and know that whatever we feel (the feeling is a response to a thought), is not real. It’s a survival mechanism we have put in place which no longer serves us and blocks us from the light to fully flow through us.

It’s in the body where all the answers lie.
We have to learn to get in touch with our body by becoming more clear and then we will naturally become more sensitive to its language. Choose to love ourselves every day and take care of our bodies with the right nutrition, hydration, sleep, exercise, and detoxification (this is necessary because of the toxic world we live in).

Every single moment is where all of this potential lies. It’s only here where it’s possible to make a change. Slowly but surely cleaning up that landscape that we call our ‘body’, guided by our triggers, learning to step out of the reaction, to come from a place of love, a place of higher awareness, an observer state, without judgment.
